On July 17th, we invite you into a woven evening of ceremony and breath — a sacred space where the heart is gently opened, the body is listened to, and the nervous system is invited into restoration and expansion.

We begin with ceremonial cacao ☕?
A heart-opening plant ally, held in reverence for centuries as a guide into presence, connection, and inner awareness.
Cacao is not something that takes you out of yourself—
It is something that gently brings you home.

From this place of softened awareness, we move into Holotropic Breathwork ? Developed by psychiatrist Dr. Stanislav Grof, this practice is rooted in transpersonal psychology and supported by decades of exploration into trauma resolution, emotional processing, and expanded states of consciousness.
Through intentional breath, evocative music, and a carefully held space, we begin to follow the thread inward.
